My Philosophy
Our rapidly-evolving world won’t allow us to merely make iterative change. We have to fully transform our ways of thinking, being and doing. The first step is looking inwardly at self, connecting with who we are and developing exquisite self-awareness. This is my passion and purpose.
I see far too many people who are disconnected and unaware of who they are. Often this is the result of them putting their own happiness and wellbeing at the bottom of their priority list, of giving their energy and attention to their careers and families and leaving nothing for themselves.
It’s time for this to change.
I’m done with seeing people take themselves out of the game because they’ve lost confidence or feel guilty. So I open the door of possibility for them, create a safe space and help them activate their passions. Once they see what’s open to them they can’t un-see it. The transformation begins.
I do this work with individuals and groups, with paid clients and as a volunteer. I believe in the principle of giving and receiving widely, and I understand the influence I can make at a systems level as well as at an individual or group level. I volunteer with school principals, providing strategic planning skills and business/leadership coaching and mentoring. This work has ripple effects throughout the entire education system.
I choose to live consciously, to continually stretch and develop myself, and to share my learnings widely with others.
